This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and an inviting bar. The staff once helped me print documents during my first stay, which I truly appreciated. I recommend visiting the spa for a massage. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Had a lovely stay. Rooms clean and comfy, but found them a bit cramped. Breakfast was good, heaps of options, but could use more fresh produce. Chur!

the room was dark and damp, woudl ve been nice to enjoy some daylight, yet the staff seemed oblivious to my discomfort. plus, i expected a nice welcome gift, but alas, i was not treated like royalty as one might assume for such a 'prestigious' hotel. most disappointing, indeed.
